Online real estate classes offer many advantages over in-person learning. One of the biggest advantages is convenience. You can access the course materials from anywhere. This means that you can attend the class at your own pace and when it fits into your schedule. Additionally, online classes tend to be more affordable than in-person classes since there is no need to pay for additional expenses, such as travel and accommodations. Furthermore, online classes are often more interactive, providing you with the opportunity to ask questions of the instructor and engage in discussion with other students. Finally, online classes provide more comprehensive materials and resources, which can help you gain a deeper understanding of the concepts you’re learning.
Our online classes, conducted via Zoom, offer a highly interactive and engaging learning experience. Unlike traditional online classes, where interaction might be limited, our sessions ensure that you can see and interact with your fellow students, fostering a collaborative learning environment. You'll have ample opportunities to ask questions and clarify any doubts, making the learning process smooth and effective. If you've attended online classes before and found them unengaging, we invite you to try ours, as they are designed to be dynamic and engaging. You're welcome to sit in on a class to see if it suits your learning style. Don't forget to check out our reviews on Google to see what other students are saying about their positive experiences!

The New Jersey Real Estate Licensing School (NJRELS) offers flexible pre-licensing courses designed to accommodate diverse schedules, making it easier for aspiring real estate professionals to complete the required 75-hour coursework. Students can choose between a day class that runs for three weeks, Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm, or an evening class that spans eight weeks, meeting Tuesday through Thursday from 6 pm to 9 pm. The course is structured in a modular format, allowing students to join at any point in the cycle and switch between day and night classes if needed. This flexibility ensures that students can manage their learning around other commitments. Within six months of starting, students must complete at least 80% of the material in person and pass the school exam. Upon passing, NJRELS will submit their information to the state, after which students have one year to complete state requirements, including passing the state exam and getting fingerprinted. The entire course, including the textbook and school exam, costs $355, with additional fees required for state processes.
